Do we really know Kolb?

Have you ever come across a delegate who stubbornly refuses to engage with the whole of a learning experience because it is just not their style? A while ago, I encountered a delegate who told me that they learn in a very specific way and used this as an excuse to complain about my facilitative approach to training. Some delegates who are reluctant to join in an activity may even use their learning style as a way of abdicating their responsibility for their own learning. The video below is a reminder that we need to push ourselves as learners.
